2. Software License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our software. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our products.

3. Responsible Use

Users are responsible for ensuring their use of our tools complies with the terms of service of any third-party platforms (such as YouTube or MetaTrader brokers). Tech Kick is not responsible for any account actions taken by third-party platforms.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our software, we offer a 30-day guarantee against the software not working for the Tech Kick Trading Bot. A refund is available within 30 days of a payment if the software will not run, if a technical fault prevents it operating and we are unable to resolve it, or if it does not perform as described on this website. This is a guarantee against defects and does not cover trading losses, a working system that did not produce the results you hoped for, or a decision not to use the software. This guarantee applies to subscriptions purchased through this website at the listed price. Licences obtained any other way — a private arrangement, a discounted or negotiated price, a reseller, or a transfer from another customer — are not covered by it. Full terms, including what qualifies and how to request a refund, are set out on our Refund Policy page. VIEWR lifetime licenses are final sale unless otherwise stated.

5. Limitation of Liability

Tech Kick is not liable for any financial losses or data loss resulting from the use of our software. Trading carries risk, and audience growth results may vary.
