You are about to hand money to someone you found in an ad. Ask us whatever you need to first — how it installs, whether it fits your broker, what it does on a small account. We would rather answer ten questions than process one refund.
How to reach us
Response time: Usually within a few hours, 9am–11pm PKT. We are a small team, not a call centre — if it takes longer than that, message again rather than assuming you have been ignored.
Before you send any payment, read this
- The only accounts we accept payment into are the ones published on this website, under the account title Muhammad Haider Ali. Check the account number against the pricing page every single time.
- We will never message you first asking for payment, and we will never ask you to send money to a different account "because the usual one is down". That message is not from us.
- We will never ask for your MT5 investor password, your broker login, your card details, or an OTP. Nobody at Tech Kick needs any of those to issue a licence.
- If anything looks off, stop and email blackkick74@gmail.com from this page before sending anything. A few minutes of checking costs less than a transfer you cannot reverse.
What to send us
Buying with JazzCash, EasyPaisa or bank transfer
Send the payment screenshot, the plan you bought, and the email address the licence should be issued to. Manual payments are verified by a human, so this is not instant — expect the licence within a few hours during business hours.
Licence or activation problem
Send the email on the licence and the error text exactly as it appears. The licence is hardware-locked to one machine, so tell us if you changed PC or moved to a VPS — that is the usual cause and we can reset it.
Refund request
Email within 30 days of purchase with the address you bought under. You do not owe us a reason. See the refund policy for how and when the money goes back.

Tech Kick builds and sells one product: an automated XAUUSD trading system for MetaTrader 5. We are not a broker, we do not hold your funds, and we never have access to your trading account — the software runs on your own machine against your own broker login. Payments for the subscription are separate from the capital you fund your trading account with.
