This policy covers Tech Kick (techkick.me) and the trading software sold through it. It describes what is collected, why, who it goes to, and what you can do about it. If anything here is unclear, email blackkick74@gmail.com and ask.

1. What we collect

If you only read the site, we ask you for nothing. There is no account to create and no newsletter. Your browser is given advertising cookies by Google, covered in section 3, and, outside Europe, a measurement cookie by Meta, covered in section 4.

If you ask for a call back, the form on the contact page and the Exness page collects your name, your mobile number and, if you choose, the broker you use. We use them to call you about the software. Your request is stored on our server and emailed to us so it is not missed. Outside Europe, a hashed copy of your number is also sent to Meta to measure our advertising (section 4).

If you buy a licence, the checkout collects your email address and a password you choose. The account is created before payment, with a password only you know, so no login details ever have to be sent to you. We email you about your order, for example when your payment proof arrives or your licence is activated. Outside Europe, a hashed copy of your email address is sent to Meta to measure our advertising (section 4).

How you pay decides what we see. Crypto payments are handled entirely by Cryptomus: your wallet details are entered on their system and never reach ours. If you pay by JazzCash, EasyPaisa or bank transfer, you send us a screenshot of the transfer with your name, account email, plan and payment method, and optionally your mobile number and the transaction ID, so we can match the payment to your licence. The screenshot and those details are stored with your order.

If you run the software, the licence is hardware-locked to one machine or VPS, which means the application derives an identifier from the device it runs on and sends it to our licensing server so the same licence cannot be used on several machines at once. The application also reports operational status so we can support it and so your dashboard works. Change PC and the lock has to be reset by us, which is the usual cause of an activation error.

How your visit started. On the first page you open, the site notes how you arrived: the referring site, the page you landed on, the time, and any campaign or ad identifiers already in the URL (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term, fbclid, gclid). This is stored in your browser under the key tk_attr_v2. It is sessionStorage, not a cookie: it is scoped to the tab and is gone when you close it. If you ask for a call back, a copy goes with your request, so we can tell whether people find us through search, an ad or another site. It exists because those identifiers vanish from the URL as soon as you navigate, and without it every request looks like it came from nowhere.

2. Why we are allowed to hold it

Your email, password, payment proof and device lock are processed to perform the contract you entered into when buying the licence — without them the product cannot be delivered or supported. Call-back requests are handled because you asked us to contact you. Google’s advertising rests on consent where consent is required (see section 3), and on legitimate interest elsewhere. Meta measurement (section 4) is switched off in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, and elsewhere rests on legitimate interest. Records of transactions are kept where law requires it.

3. Cookies and advertising

This site uses Google AdSense for advertising. Meta’s pixel, which measures our own advertising, is a separate script covered in section 4.

You can turn personalised advertising off. Use Google Ads Settings to opt out of personalised ads from Google, or aboutads.info and youronlinechoices.eu to opt out of a large number of vendors at once. More detail on how Google handles data from sites that use its services is in Google’s partner-sites notice.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you are shown Google’s consent message before Google sets personalised advertising cookies, and you can refuse or change your choice at any time through that message. That message covers Google’s advertising only. Meta’s pixel is not used in those regions at all (section 4).

4. Analytics and measurement

Meta pixel. Outside Europe (see below), Meta’s advertising pixel runs on every page. It places a cookie called _fbp, which lasts 90 days, and tells Meta which pages you visit and which buttons you click, so that we can measure how our Meta advertising performs. When you fill in a form on this site, it can also send Meta a hashed copy of details you type, such as your name, email address and phone number, so Meta can connect the visit to its own users (Meta calls this automatic advanced matching). Meta may also use the pixel to show you our ads on its platforms.

Events sent from our server. Outside Europe, when you ask for a call back, start a checkout or complete a crypto payment, our server also reports that event to Meta directly, through Meta’s Conversions API, so it is counted even if your browser blocks the pixel. The event carries your mobile number (call back) or email address (checkout and payment) in hashed form: scrambled by a one-way function, so the number or address itself is not sent, and Meta compares the result with details it holds for its own users. Call-back and checkout events also carry your IP address, your browser and device type and Meta’s cookie identifiers; checkout and payment events carry the amount.

Not in Europe. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, neither of the above happens: the pixel is not loaded and our server sends Meta nothing about you. We judge where you are from your device’s time zone and, for requests that reach our server, from your connection’s country. If either points to those regions, Meta is left out. A browser that hides its time zone is treated the same way.

You can control how Meta uses this in your Facebook ad preferences.

Page analytics. Vercel Analytics counts page views and referring sites across the site. It sets no cookies and does not build a profile of you.

Do Not Track. The site does not change its behaviour in response to a browser’s Do Not Track signal. The opt-outs in section 3 and the Meta ad preferences above are the ways to limit this tracking. This section is updated whenever what we measure changes, rather than afterwards.

5. Who your data goes to

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone else except where the law requires it. These providers operate internationally, so data may be processed outside your country under the safeguards those providers publish.

6. How long it is kept

Account and licence records, including payment proofs, are kept while the licence is active and afterwards for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Call-back requests are kept so we can follow up, and deleted if you ask (section 7). Attribution data in your browser disappears when you close the tab; the copy sent with a call-back request stays with that request. Advertising cookies expire on the schedule set by the provider that placed them; Meta’s _fbp lasts 90 days.

7. Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold on you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, ask us to restrict or stop a particular use, or ask for it in a portable form. If you are in the UK or EEA you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.

To exercise any of these, email blackkick74@gmail.com from the address on the licence. Deleting your account data ends the licence, because the licence is the account — we will say so before acting rather than after.

8. Security, and what we do not promise

Passwords are not stored in a readable form. Crypto payment details never reach our servers; for a manual transfer we hold only the screenshot and details you send us. Beyond that we will not claim a level of security we cannot demonstrate: this is a small operation, not a bank. Use a password you do not use anywhere else.

9. Children

This site and the product are for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us data, email us and it will be removed.

10. Changes

The date at the top changes whenever this page does. Material changes to what we collect or who receives it will be reflected here before the change takes effect, not after.
