What we learned
Zero fires in live trading. Inside bars represent compression, and the breakout is meant to capture the expansion that follows.
On M1 to M15 gold during our session window, the conditions that produce a clean inside bar followed by a clean break are rarer than the chart suggests, because gold volatility rarely compresses that far during liquid hours.
