Zero fires in live trading. Requiring both a level break and a volatility expansion is a reasonable filter — it is close to the standard answer to false breakouts.
The intersection was too narrow in practice. This is the recurring shape of the strategies in this list that never fired: each additional condition is individually defensible, and the conjunction of four of them describes an event that does not happen.
